ITN Model

Imagine a working model for the ITN Program.

Caregivers are like fingers–attached, severed, injured, disfigured, ruptured, broken, and undirected. The core group of Facilitators forms a hand, functioning as an operational collection of companions. The core group of Program Coordinators shapes the coalition of believers. Yes, situations can seem impossible but there are reasons to do the right thing!

The Program Coordinator and Presenter remain involved with "the workings of the hand" only insofar as they guide, position, and provide orientation.
One group adopted the mission statement "To make the Best Better!" We learn by example, helping the ones who help others.
If MLBerg’s Caregiver blog is the humerus that connects the successes of your support group to the body, let fringe groups benefit as you spread your good will.
