A young man saw an opening and he bolted. He took a chance to change the world, achieving great things. Later (he was an old man by now) his zest for life had waned.

"How did you do it?" asked an understudy. "Nothing lasts. In the end, every accomplishment is covered with dust."

"Aaah" groaned the former upstart. "The wind is a trickster. An alternative was to pull together. Its aims were accurate; wind moves and scatters. It was the target I changed."
