I was wrong to hope for a miraculous recovery

I was right to recover hope–miraculously

I was wrong to deny "it" could (and did) happen to me

I was right to accept change

I was wrong to speak in disparaging terms

I was right to disrupt my relationship with achievement

I was wrong to seek approval

I was right to answer the call for giving care

I was wrong to tender love with limits

I was right to love tenderly

I was wrong to trivialize this precious life

I was right to realize life is precious

Gentle people craft right from wrong

Caregiving is gentlification coming of age
