My buddy Tim read an amazing truth on a T-shirt. An optimist sees the glass as half full. A pessimist sees the glass as half empty. An engineer sees the glass as twice the size it needs to be.
Let’s use another example: An optimist sees a caregiving man and knows the care receiver is a lucky person. The pessimist sees a man in a caregiving situation and believes he probably won’t stick around. An engineer sees an opportunity to design a program that lends support to a bunch of devastated men.
It’s your turn. We’re not perfect. The ITN Program is ready. Put something in the glass.
