Formation of Coping Skills – Exercise #30 (Harsh And Unforgiving)

So you’ve decided to become a better caregiver. Where do you begin?

Part I Bold, Harsh, And Unforgiving

Address any of these statements with examples from your past:

  • The world is harsh and people can be unforgiving.
  • People are harsh and the world is unforgiving.
  • The world can be harsh and people can be unforgiving.
  • People can be harsh and the world will be unforgiving.

Start with forgiveness. Remove any harshness which you may have emphasized in the world.

Part II Study Of Truth & Denial

What would you do if

  1. …you suspected…
  2. …you knew…
  3. …you could prove…

If you are serious about becoming a better caregiver start with changing yourself.
