Losing Direction

We risk our lives, success and me

There’s room for just one Deity

Our plates are full-to-overflowing

We lead–but know not where we’re going

So follow safely at a distance

and share a laugh (at self for instance)

There’s not much left for us to say:

Don’t let them take your breath away

So trust and pray with faith to hope

When cancer calls it kills the dope and leaves behind the means to  cope
