“Things” to Calm Yourself

You can help caregivers to refocus their priorities with most things.

Resist the desire/impulse to give up on many things.

Accept the fact that not all things will be perfect.

Appreciate the goodness that results (is caused by) some things beyond by my (your own) control.

Identify the things that are still possible and available for me (as caregiver) to do.
