New: Mechanism of Support for Caregivers

We need to redefine the margins for help.

Make it your #1 priority to ADMIT “I need help” (if in fact you do need help). So how can you proceed to identify that you could use a little/some/any help?

  1. Investigate the margins of  help. It won’t just find you; you have to look for it.
  2. Solicit help in non-judgmental and accepting environments. Resources include online aids, texts (manuals), and face-to-face meetings.
  3. Seek and Obtain additional, specific help as required to address the needs of your care-receiver.
