It’s not like everyone doesn’t have difficulties. Put a better face on Things can turn around.

We all encounter dead ends. Do we remain there, defeated, or should we become champions of our own destiny? And if we hit bottom, it is up to us to decide what happens next.

Caregiving works best if there is collaboration. Certainly the care-receiver and the caregiver must coordinate means for giving care. But take it a step further. If you can accomplish a face-to-face meeting with a peer to discuss relevant concerns you will feel some relief.
